MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET!
Royal Mail stipulate that 10 WORKING DAYS* after "DUE DELIVERY DATE" (for UK orders) and 25 WORKING DAYS PAST THE "DUE DELIVERY DATE" (for US/CANADA orders) must have passed before post can be considered lost and I can claim for a refund.
I would really appreciate it if you used this calculator www.work-day.co.uk to calculate how many working days have passed before contacting me for a refund or replacement.
*Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.
If your items haven't arrived by the recommended time, please get in touch and I will sort things out for you! I don't want you to be unhappy!
DO YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
No, unless you have purchased an upgraded shipping option, I ship all orders by First or 2nd Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail International Standard, none of which are tracked. Please see our shipping policy for estimated shipping times.
CAN YOU SEND MY ORDER WITH MINIMUM PACKAGING?
Yes, of course! Most of our products are packaged in 100% recycled and biodegradable packaging but if you would like your order shipped without any packaging, please leave a message at checkout. Badges are shipped with recycled shredded magazines as protection and any bubble-wrap used has been donated to me for upcycling!
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND - CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?
Yes, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Personalised products are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning item and item must be securely packaged so that it arrives in resalable condition. Cost of original delivery will not be refunded. Refund is conditional on condition of item upon return. I also recommend that you obtain and keep proof of postage when you return your item in case I do not receive it in a timely manner, so you can make a claim with your postal provider. Please convo me with any questions or concerns.
MY ORDER WAS DELAYED/LOST - WILL LEAVING A BAD REVIEW MAKE YOU DEAL WITH MY COMPLAINT FASTER?
O What A Feeling is not a nameless, faceless corporation. It is a one-woman show, run by me - Gillian. I post all your orders and answer all of your order enquiries and messages. I post ALL orders within the promised timeframe (1-2 working days), but sometimes there are postal delays which are out of my control! If you order has been significantly delayed or has not arrived, please send me a message first before leaving a mean review.
I take customer satisfaction very seriously and of course will provide a replacement or full refund if the recommended delivery timeframe has passed! Leaving a bad review will not encourage me to deal with your issues with greater speed or compassion.
WHEN WILL YOU POST MY ORDER?
I post orders 2-3 times a week - Usually Mon, Weds & Friday but check shop announcement for up to date info as it changes by the season. If you desperately need your order posted on a different day, please upgrade your shipping to First Class Royal Mail and send me a DM requesting this and I'll be happy to oblige! Orders placed before noon on posting days will usually be shipped on the same day.
I've ordered an item and it has already been shipped but I have changed my mind and no longer want it. Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
If your order has not yet been shipped please message me ASAP and request a cancellation. If it has already been shipped, you will need to send it back (buyer pays return postage) and I will refund you the value of the item (not including postage as I cannot claim this back) when I receive it. I also recommend obtaining and keeping proof of postage when you return the item, as you will need this to make a claim if I do not receive it in a reasonable timeframe. Thank you for understanding.
